AutoTerminal Japan works in conjunction with ZCSA to ensure that all used cars are RoadWorthy before being imported into Zambia. We do Inspection and Testing of used motor vehicles for RoadWorthiness according to the Zambian Standards (ZS 560 ) for safety related performance characteristics like the brake testing, speedometer inspection, sideslip, suspension testing, headlights testing, visual Inspection of the condition of the car, engine and transmission to ensure its safe to be used on Zambian roads. We Inspect and Test if your vehicle complies to the Zambian Standards of Used Motor Vehicles for Road Worthiness. If the Vehicle passes the inspection, We'll issue a sticker showing the vehicle has been Tested & Passed. We also allow you to bring it back for re-inspection. A Certificate of Roadworthiness is also issued later and uploaded to our system as well as shared with the client via email. All Inspections are charged at USD. 140 per vehicle which can be paid in cash or banked and the receipt presented beforehand. If you are importing a vehicle and it's not inspected at the country of origin (pre-shipment Inspection), you can also ask ZCSA to allow you do the Inspection at our center here in Nakonde
